We want to ensure your satisfaction with the products purchased in our online shop, for that you have 15 calendar days to do any return or exchange as long as you meet the requirements for that.
To exercise this right, you must call to 981 15 31 32 or send an email to 01400@grupomrw.com. If the shipment is sent by UPS, you can consult the link https://www.ups.com/dropoff?loc=es_ES for a list of access points where you can drop off your package.In this case, we will return to you all the amount paid. The products must be returned unused, in its original package and by the means indicated at the customer service department. We won´t do any refunds if the product has been used more than the opening thereof or if it has suffered any damage.
All returns will be made by pickup in your home or in the address you indicate. In case you will decide to make the return by other means, you will bear the shipping costs. If you decide to make the return by freight collect, we understand ourselves authorized to charge you the costs which we can incur.
If you want an exchange, you must request a return by the process described before and later you would be able to do a new order of the correct product at the online shop.
