The delivery time of the products will be between 3 and 5 days, unless there is no immediate availability of said products or other causes such as strike, inclement weather, supply or manufacturing problems, local and national holidays, or any eventuality that affects communications and / or to the manufacture of the requested products.
If for any reason the breach of the delivery date is foreseen, you will be contacted to inform about this circumstance and alternatives will be offered setting a new delivery date in case of need.
If after two delivery attempts by the transport agency it was not possible delivery of your order, you will be informed of this situation by email and return the order to our facilities where it will be waiting for your notification to be sent to another place of delivery. If after 30 calendar days you have not claimed your order, then the amount paid will be refunded and the transaction will be canceled. The return of an order to our facilities and / or the return of it to another place of delivery will not be charged.
